What does that even mean?

From this month's SFX, taken from an interview with Tim Roth about the new Hulk movie -

So the Hulk is computer-generated, as in the Ang Lee version?
Oh, yes. The Hulk is a creature - but I think it's morelike the graphic novels than the comic book.

Um, what?
